We are once again getting Fierce for Maggies Cancer Centre.  Last year we raised £19254 which was astounding.

I am pleased to say that this year I will be doing it cancer free this time around. However myself and my family are indebted to Maggies for the invaluable services they offer and we continue to use these amazing services. This year I will be doing it without such a weight on my mind and in my heart ❤️ 

Last year was such a success we didnt want ro mess with a winning formula  so here is the itinerary for the day. 

60 minute of bootcamp and burpees 😭✔
30 minutes Cardio Dance ✔
60 minute cycle to Drumclog via the most evil hill 🥴🚴✔
40 minute walk to Mugdock Country Park ✔
30 minutes swim in Dumbrock Loch 🧜✔
40 walk back to Drumclog to get the bikes ✔
30 minute cycle back to knightswood Park ✔
10 minutes stretch 🥰✔
40 minutes home for the fastest shower and change ever 💃😄✔

Then out for food and drinks. The evening attire will consist of support bandages and perfume by "deep heat" 😄
