Thanks for supporting our charity single release. Once you have made a donation please let me know and I will send you a copy of our charity single, All Together Now, either as a video download, or on CD or DVD through the post. Please email nigel@musichealth.co.uk. If you want to just enjoy the song on youtube, that's fine too, there is no obligation to donate.
