Story

So as some of you know, and some don't 🤣 I vowed to do a minimum of 39miles each month. Each month I would dedicate it to someone that has an impact in my life.
But for this month, due to the whole new lockdown announcements again I thought I would do this medal for all the people out there struggling and feeling a little alone. Feeling overwhelm and just feeling that the whole world is on top of you.
I know it's hard to believe...but you are not alone. If u ever just wanna have a chat, or just want a couple of minutes too unwind, or go for a walk...just give me a shout.

Not realising it every day but this is affecting so many more people than we think.

This month ill be doing it for MIND charity, 20% of my medal money went towards them so if you feel like joining me, feel free to sign up. I would rather challenge you to reach out to one person you think might need a "friend", and take for a walk as we will still be allowed to meet with one person outdoors. Or just do a weekly check-in with your friends and others out there.

Depression is a topic very close to my heart and hope this message helps just one person at least. So this month I'm not dedicating it 2 a specific person, but more in memory of someone 😉💙💛💙💛
