Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Just before Christmas 2013, I broke.  Thanks to a wonderful GP, a great counsellor at Cogwheel Counselling, a marvellous godfather and hugely supportive friends and family, I am still here - now feeling very well and thriving - thank you all.

Please help me to pay that forward by supporting Cogwheel Counselling, so that they can provide affordable counselling for others in need now.

Running - and the people I have met through running - have been key to my recovery.  The Dragon's Back (www.dragonsbackrace.com) is - for me at least! - the ultimate mountain running challenge.  It may prove too big a challenge for me - hoping that we can support others facing big challenges that are not Type II fun.
