As some of you may know I work for this wonderful charity that supports people who suffer with Mesothelioma, a rare and particularly nasty form of cancer caused by exposure to asbestos. 

The 20for20 campaign has brought Mesothelioma UK and 19 smaller charities together to fight the effects that Covid-19 has had. 

As the cold weather has set in I have stopped running (or doing any exercise for that matter) so for the next 20 days I will aim to to 200KM either by cycling, walking or running or a combo of the 3. 

Any and all donations made will be allocated to the research that Mesothelioma UK funds, so if you can please donate as little or as much as you would like to any support is much appreciated. 

I will post updates on this page so you can all watch me go from extremely unfit to just unfit.
