In October, I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in aid of Alike – a phenomenal charity founded by the incomparable Brad Gudger. Alike is a game-changing digital-first charity that is truly 2020. It means a lot to me to be supporting the charity at its fledgling stage of what will no doubt be global success. Alike tackles the isolation often experienced by young people with cancer, giving them a place to connect and get peer support. So many people in my life have been touched by cancer – from my family to partners and to friends, at all ages of life – and Alike is a charity that is very dear to my heart.
