We are Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance, a charity providing critical medical care by land and air, across our communities. We’re here when you need us most. But we can’t do this without your help. As a registered charity, we rely entirely on donations and support from our local communities.

Story

I am (finally) running the Midnight Sun Marathon, in Tromsø, Norway, on the 18th June 2022 (originally scheduled for 2020) in loving memory of my cousin Lucy Beer and supporting the fantastic Wiltshire Air Ambulance.

Lucy is greatly missed by all her family, friends and colleagues. Lucy's parents, Clive & Angela raised funds for the Wiltshire Air Ambulance at Lucy's funeral, a local charity which is very important to them.

Wiltshire Air Ambulance is a charity that provides an essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) across Wiltshire and surrounding counties. It needs to raise £3.75m a year to continue saving lives, but is not directly funded by the Government and receives no National Lottery funding, so relies on generous public donations.

Tromsø Midnight Sun Marathon is the northernmost certified marathon in the world, and during June the sun doesn't fully set so the town of Tromsø experiences 24 hours of sunlight.

Any support you could provide , no matter how small, would be very much appreciated by us all.

Thank you.

Alyssa
