Thank you for taking the time to visit our Alzheimer Scotland Borders JustGiving page. We are a small team supporting people living with dementia, and their families across the Scottish Borders. Our support has dramatically changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and whilst we are no longer able to run our face-to-face groups, we have gone digital!

We are still providing much needed advice, information and emotional support, through telephone, e-mail and virtual support. We are running weekly online activity groups to bring people together via technology to engage in social activities and peer support. These include Dementia Dog Bingo; Musical Memories, Quizzes, and Carer and Family Support Groups. We are also offering one-to-one online surgeries with our Dementia Advisor; telephone befriending; weekly activity videos; and online awareness training.
