Amaira's love for NHS · 17 April 2020

NHS Charities Together and its members across the UK are hugely grateful for the support received from so many since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Story

Hi all,

I am Amaira. I am 8 years old. I am a year 4 student. My school name is Temple Hill Primary Academy, Dartford. I saw how Captain Tom Moore raised money for NHS and its inspired me. I had beautiful hair and I loved my hair. I shaved my hair to raise money for the NHS.

NHS mummys and daddys are working hard a lot for us staying in hospitals to save lives and can't see their children and can't give a kiss to their children. I want to raise money for them so they can buy more equipment to keep them safe and when Covid-19 ends, they will return to their children.
