Jake Booth was a brave and beautiful little boy who tragically lost his life to Battens disease. Forget Me Not provided amazing support during this traumatic time, nothing was ever to much for them from the direct care given to Jake, to making our stays as visitors as comfortable as possible. They really are an amazing charity and I'm proud to be giving something back to them as well as raising funds in honour of my gorgeous little nephew.
