We provide much needed support for families to help people affected by a brain tumour

Story

The fundraising is to show support, courage and strength to my gorgeous niece Jenna who has recently been diagnosed with an inoperable fast growing brain tumour and aggressive brain cancer.

Doing this not only gives me a positive focus but it will help me find strength and courage which I can then give to my niece, family and friends. It is also my way of doing something to contribute to an amazing charity so that Brain Tumour Support can continue to help and support anyone who has been impacted by a brain tumour.

I will be taking part in many events throughout 2020, most of which are being done as DIY since formal events have been cancelled due to Covid-19  -

Night Run 7k (8th February - COMPLETED), Great North 10K (28th June - This event was cancelled but I still ran the distance), Coast Mighty Hike (20 miles - COMPLETED), climbing Scafell Pike (June - COMPLETED) and Helvellyn (August- COMPLETED) and the completing a 10k run to replace the Sunderland 10k (27th September)

I will be posting regular updates on my progress.

Thank you so much for your generosity, kindness and support.

Xxx
