My 10k event has been cancelled due to storms and serious weather conditions predicted!

As a consequence I'll be looking for a different event....

If you're reading this, don't laugh... well I've gone and done it now! Signed up to do a 10k run in Feb 2020...crikey jeepers!

So, why is this a challenge? Some of you may know I used to run as a youngster but rest assured I'm in no condition for this...after a 3 level spinal fusion 2 years ago to correct my scoliosis, I struggled walking and thought I'd never be doing anything again. So this is a REAL challenge!

I will keep you updated on the training progress...! 

So far it's going well...2 miles, 3 times a week... just need to do that in a day? No problem...😆😆
