Story
11 years ago, our special friend Muriel lost her battle with cancer and left us all heartbroken, and then 9 years ago just as Evan entered the world, we lost our dear friend Hector Galbraith, both are missed every day. 💔 Muriel and Hector spent their final days in the excellent care of the Highland Hospice and so in honour of their memory I wanted to raise some much needed funds for this amazing facility.
I’m not convinced this is a good idea but I’m facing my fears and have signed up to be part of the HH Wingwalk team. In September, I will be strapping myself to the outside of a Boeing Stearman Biplane, travelling at 140mph at 800ft, with a propellor speed of 760mph hurtling passed my face! 😳, in the hope some lovely people will donate and make it all worthwhile.
I can imagine both Muriel and Hector laughing at this, hopefully I will be able to see the funny side in Sept, but in the meantime I have to admit I’m more than a tad nervous!! 🙈
Any support you can give me will be hugely appreciated by myself, the Highland Hospice and all who use their services.
Thank you!!! ❤️
