Yet again I've gone from couch runner to marathon training, for the second time I have been given a chance to run and raise money for this wonderful charity.  To be honest the day will be a slow pace and enjoyable. The hard part now is training, smashing out 4 runs a week so please all dig deep and sponsor me to keep me motivated for the next 10 weeks as the runs get longer and longer.

Ronald McDonald House Charities is simply amazing.  I know if my children were poorly I would want to be as close as possible and that is exactly what they do. The staff are amazing offering warm drinks, food and caring love when situations can be simply out of your control.
