Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am asking for your help in reaching my target in Memory of my Beautiful Mom Linda Shaw, whom I recently lost to a massive stroke. I was unaware of the various signs of stroke, I will never know had I recognised the signs if I could have done more to save her. Both myself and my Cousin Julie decided we would Run the Course in the her Memory and raise what funds we can to help the Stroke association in thier work, and in thier desire to educate people of the signs of stroke, as well as to help rehabilitate those who survive stroke and who's lives are changed drastically in the process.
