Sadly, my daughter Aimee passed away of meningitis at just 9 months old. The Meningitis Research Foundation is a charity I am supporting in her memory. 

60 is just a number. 60 years of age seems like a long time, let’s hope 26.2 miles doesn’t feel as long! I ran my first marathon in my 40’s, my second in my 50’s, let’s hope I can survive it in my 60’s too.
