Story
I am (rather scarily) running the Berlin Marathon on the 30th September and am collecting money for the neonatal unit in Poole Hospital. Without them many babies wouldn't have the chance to fight to be here and thanks to them those babies do fight and they stick on in there, something which I think is far more impressive than running a marathon! Please donate whatever you can to help this unit keep going, doing the amazing work they do.
As some of you may know I have picked up tendonitis in my foot to add to the challenge of the day. With my friends ibuprofen and bloody mindedness I intend to cross that finish line come what may but in case my leg does fall off half way round please don't feel that your kind donations should be dependant on my finishing, those babies need your support (as do I!).
Myself and my legs would like to thank you in advance for being lovely and generous...
xx
