Along with 5 of my HR colleagues, I was due to be walking the 50km from Windsor to Henley this summer to raise money for Macmillan.

Unfortunately, due to an injury I've had to withdraw, but I'm determined that it won't stop me fundraising! So, please dig deep, donate what you can and help us to reach our team target. 

Macmillan is a charity that I have supported for many years and is close to my heart, but it's also our partner charity at glh Hotels.

There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK, with someone receiving a cancer diagnosis every two minutes. We know that one in two people in the UK will experience a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime. For more than 100 years Macmillan has been there for people with cancer when they needed them most. Today is no exception! Cancer is not going anywhere. And neither can Macmillan.
