A combined Physio and Pilates session in aid of the people and animals in Syria and Turkey affected by the earthquake. · 12 February 2023

World Central Kitchen (WCK) is first to the frontlines providing fresh meals in response to crises. Applying our model of quick action, leveraging local resources, and adapting in real time, WCK has served hundreds of millions nourishing meals around the world.

Story

The team at Amanda Hall Physiotherapy are offering their time and expertise to raise money for the people and animals of Syria and Turkey.

Amanda Hall and Emily Altneu Pilates will be offering a combined virtual Physio and Pilates session on Wednesday the 8th of March 18:30-19:30. This will be live on zoom. Amanda will give an educational talk and foam roller demonstration. Emily will lead a thirty minute unwind Pilates flow session. If you can't make the live event you can still donate to be in with a chance of winning one of the prizes below.


Every person who donates will be entered into a raffle. (Please pop your full name on your donation so we have it!) We will pick out winners at random live on Instagram. You could win:

- A 60 minute massage with Matt Fennemore

- A 60 minute physiotherapy session with Amanda Hall

- A 60 minute massage with Sarah Claxton

- Two 60 minute group Pilates class passes with Emily Altneu

Donations gratefully received. 100% of the donations go to our two chosen charities. International Fund for Animal Welfare and World Central Kitchen. We have two fundraisers going. Please donate to either site or both - however you feel inclined.
