Why I'm running:

On 3^rd October 2021 I’ll be running the London Marathon for Shooting Star’s Children’s Hospices. Many fundraising events (including last year’s marathon) were cancelled over the past 18 months due to the pandemic, resulting in a significant decrease in funding for charities across the country. Shooting Stars does amazing work to care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and like most charities they’ve had a tough year – including having to shut down one of their hospices temporarily during the pandemic.
