Zoës place baby hospice provides palliative, respite and end of life care for babies aged 0-5 years. There is no cost to the families for this service, and fundraising is vital for the charity to be able to keep on providing this amazing service, unfortunately the hospice has had to close for two nights a week due to lack of funds so your help is needed now more than ever!
