London Marathon 2018 · 22 April 2018 ·
Hello friends, family and supporters of Survival!
Thanks for visiting our fundraising page! We're going to run the London Marathon in April 2018 to raise money for Survival International, a charity doing ground-breaking and vital work in partnership with tribal peoples all over the world. Survival researches, campaigns and spreads the word about the abuses tribal peoples face on a daily basis, and makes sure the perpetrators of this don't go unnoticed. Their aim is to make the world a better place for tribal peoples by helping them defend their lands, protect their lands and determine their own futures. Please watch this powerful two-minute film narrated by Mark Rylance to see why Survival's work is so important: www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4rT4bVeCa4
We are showing our support for this amazing charity by challenging ourselves to run 26.2 miles through London!
We decided to set this goal - one that is equally challenging and rewarding - along with another one - to raise £2,500 for tribal peoples by 22nd April (race day!)
Please help us beat this target so we can make a huge difference for tribal peoples and help create a world where they are respected as contemporary societies and their human rights protected.
Thank you so much - we really appreciate your donations.
