Story
In the summer of 2012 I was diagnosed with a grade 3 brain tumour, which has had an enormous impact on my life. Over the last few years I have experienced many ups and downs in struggling to live with this deadly and unpredictable illness. Although science has made great leaps in understanding the mechanics of brains and cells it still has a long way to go before a serious breakthrough.
This is why we must keep raising funds and pressing on to find new approaches to cancer as both a social and medical problem, but also not lose sight of the rarer cancers, such as brain tumours. Fortunately, The Brain Tumour Charity are raising awareness about it on a daily basis, providing support and advice to patients and also raising funds for crucial research.
Please help me once more in my efforts to help raise money for them.
