NICE PEOPLE RUN FOR RELEASE!

That's right people, Amo's running the Marathon for Release. 

Well, not exactly the Marathon but 10K -  that's 10,000 miles!

I'm trying to cut down on the Embassy Filter's beforehand but the pressure's getting too much - i'm now smoking double!

If anyone has a pair of running shoes to lend me that would be great - I am a size 8/9 but anything between 7-11 will suffice.  I'm trying really hard - really!  So your support would be appreciated.

If anybody has any tips or advice on dieting, training plans or even a good life insurance policy then please do let me know ASAP - as I only have 3 weeks until the run.
