Story

I am doing 20 dances, over 20 days using 20 different songs.

I would like to raise money for Brain Tumour Research through my dancing. So I have asked 20 special people who have supported us through my dad’s brain tumour journey.

In December 2020 we were told that my dad had a brain tumour. On Christmas Eve we were told it was cancerous and on New Year eve we were told it was rare.

My dad has now had strong chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant, which means we have been shielding for 46 weeks now.

On the 11th October 2021 we got told the most amazing news, my dad is in remission. My dad is one of the lucky ones.

Thank you for supporting me.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
