We are dusting off our trainers and training for our first ever 5k Resolution race to raise money for the Stroke Association.

Many of you know that I (Julie) suffered a stroke in March 2011.  It was the last thing that I expected to happen in my late 30's. Whilst out walking I felt unwell and was rushed to Poole Hospital by my partner who recognised the symptoms.   The care I received from NHS staff was exceptional and as a result I am here today!
