We couldn’t just sit back and watch our fundraisers do all
the work so…. 

Five of our AMH staff are donning their trainers and taking on the 2020 Belfast Marathon!  Team “AMHSmashTheStigma” (Ingrid, Amanda C, Amanda J, Frances and Jack) are currently in training to smash the famous course and we hope to see lots of our fellow fundraisers enjoying their day and helping to SMASH THE STIGMA of mental health!
