2 years ago, my son was disagnosed with having autism. The information provided to us and the help we received during his transition into secondary school was so useful. I believe The National Autistic Society do a fantastic job in both offering support and raising awareness and would love it you donate for such a worthy cause. Running is something I never thought i would be able to do however since losing weight with slimming world and upping my Body Magic step by Step I have been able to develop my running. With all that said it is going to be difficult and a challenge that is way out of my comfort zone.
