After taking part in the EMF myself in 2019 I was planning on doing so again this year (but not quite fit enough).

Keen to still raise some money for a fantastic cause, Joshua and Amelie decided they would like to challenge themselves and compete in their first race (actually Joshua’s 2nd time in EMF). 

Sadly Stroke is something that resonates all to well with our family and therefore we would absolutely love it if we could smash our target and raise some vital funds for the charity. 

Please dig deep as this will give the kids the boost they need to keep running 🏃‍♀️ on the day.
