Welcome to my Swim22 profile page for Diabetes UK. Did you know someone is diagnosed with diabetes every two minutes? My mum was diagnosed with diabetes which made this charity even more important for us. 

I only begun swimming again after over 6 years of not swimming August 2024. In August 2024, I would take me an hour to do 1K. The goal is to get that time down while raising money for a great cause. The 11 miles swim is a challenge that I am up for! 

As many as 5 million people are living with diabetes in the UK right now. So, I'm swimming towards a healthier me, and a better future for people living with diabetes. Support my challenge by hitting the donate button on my profile page.
