I have taken on the challenge this Ramadan to feed just one family in Yemen. I will be cooking up a storm for iftar using ingredients from Islamic Relief's Yemen food pack. Why? A country crippled by conflict is sadly now on the brink of famine. An estimated 2.3 million children under the age of 5 are suffering from acute malnutrition, 400,000 of these children are suffering from severe acute malnutrition, and could tragically die if they do not receive urgent treatment. Yemen now officially hosts the worlds largest human-induced food security crisis.
