We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I would like to dedicate this climb to my friend Caroline Earley who lost her only child, 2 year old Max to a brain tumour because it had been misdiagnosed by GPs and hospitals...

I am also an Ambassador for The Brain Tumour Charity and would like to raise money for them because:

Brain tumours are the biggest cancer killer of children and the under 40s! Every day 25 people are diagnosed with a brain tumour - that's over 8,500 people every year. The aim of The Brain Tumour Charity is to improve the diagnosis, treatment and understanding of brain tumours, and to one day beat this devastating disease. They can only do that with your support.

This cause is very close to my heart as friends of mine have been diagnosed with brain tumours. They may look physically fine on the outside, but they have ticking time-bombs on the inside that are totally out of their control. What makes this even harder is that we still do not know what causes tumours and how best to cure them.

So, if you have a couple of minutes, then please click on the video below to see what impact your money can have.
