Ok, so I've decided to challenge myself and raise some money and awareness for Vision Aid Overseas. 

On 27th November 2017 I will be partaking in Africa's biggest street race the Great Ethiopian Run to raise money and awareness for a cause which I'm sure you know is particularly close to my heart.

Only thing is I'm not much of a runner and completing this run (at 2000m above sea level) is going to be quite a task!

A bit about VAO:

Vision Aid Overseas works in fighting poverty and transforming lives by providing much needed eye care in areas around the world which are in need. 

Having  been part of a outreach project in Ethiopia, a few years ago and seen first hand the life changing work that VAO provides I was compelled to raise awareness for the charity. Here are some case studies of how the charity has not only changed someones vision, but also their life.

10% of the Worlds population are visually impaired just because they do not have access to glasses they need. Help me in raising awareness and funds.
