In recent estimates, 1 in every 8 people, or 970 million people around the world were living with a mental health issue, and it may not always be obvious when our friends, family or colleagues are feeling blue.

It is more important than ever to raise awareness about mental health; to check in with our colleagues and to find out how the people around us are really feeling.

As part of our ongoing support of South Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind and York Mind, we have decided to incorporate a Charity Tombola into our Q2 Social!

We would love to encourage as many people as possible to get involved and support Mind by donating to buy a raffle ticket - more than just the reward of supporting a good cause, you may also come home with a prize!

Raffle tickets are available at £1 for 1 ticket or £4 for 5, and you are more than welcome to buy on behalf of friends & family if you would like.
