I am running the London Marathon on 22 April 2007 to raise money for Heart Research UK.  Having agreed to this what seems like years ago, the race day is almost here. Training so far has been patchy, hindered by my gammy knees and I feel my target of doing the run in 4 hours is going to be challenging.

My most important target is the £1500 I need to raise for Heart Research UK, with your help I know we can raise enough money to make a great contibution to this worthy cause.
