Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Some of you may know that I enjoy getting out on my bike (mostly when the weather is fair). In August 2016, I started a conversation with a man wearing a cycling T-shirt on holiday in Rhodes. We talked about my cycling family and about my wonderful nan and grandad. He asked why I didn’t cycle, and I laughed; I wasn’t a cyclist, was I? He told me about Ride the Night: a 100km bike ride through the night to raise money for women’s cancer charities. One of these charities was Ovarian Cancer Action - the terrible disease that killed my beautiful nan. The 2017 ride was taking place the anniversary of her death. And we’ve been cycling ever since.
Any donations, no matter how small, are so gratefully received. Let’s work together to give cancer the shove once and for all.
