The Outward Bound programme is currently within its sixth year, with one hundred and fifty young people from schools around the country coming together at the Aberdovey centre for a five day 'Adventure and Challenge' residential.

The residential will take place on Sunday 6th October - Friday 11th October 2013 and as a lucky DHL employee I have been selected, along with 15 others, to be a mentor for the DHL Foundation.

The five day adventure and challenge course at Aberdovey will include rock climbing, abseiling, canoeing, kayaking, sailing and raft building. It will also include an overnight expedition in the mountains of Snowdonia National Park.

I have been asked to raise £375 by Friday 23rd August 2013 - therefore your donations will be much appreciated.
