You all know how much I love to swim ❤️ Swimming helps me in so many ways and it’s fun! My own little fish, Jack has swum from a young age and has always loved swimming. Children with disabilities should be supported to learn in a safe environment that helps build there confidence in the water so that they too can find there own love for swimming! This is why I have signed up to swim the Coniston one way for Level Water. Level Water are the only UK swimming charity who provide specialist one-to-one swimming lessons for children with physical and sensory disabilities.But it's not just about swimming... Through developing independence in the water, and being able to join mainstream classes, each child develops confidence, self-esteem and resilience.If we can help to give children physical, social and emotional confidence through sport, we can change their trajectory in life. I know times are financially hard due to lockdown but any donations you are able to pledge is greatly appreciated and will go a long way to supporting this fantastic charity!
