Story
Ten years today (30th May) my Great Grandad Ralph sadly lost his battle to cancer. With him he took a piece of my heart that will always be missing and even as the years pass, it still feels like it was yesterday. I thought today would be a good day to announce than in memory of him, me and my dad will be running the Great North Run to raise funds for Barnsley Hospice where he spent his last days with the best care possible in a wonderful environment. Every year I like to give something back and this year we are taking on an even bigger challenge of 13.1 miles and hope to raise £700 collectively for such an amazing charity in our community.
