I've signed up again to cycle through London at night to raise money for breast, ovarian and cervical cancer charities.  

I feel as long as I am fit enough I'd like to raise money for these charities.  Each year someone I know of is diagnosed or someone who sadly looses their life to one of these cancers.

It's  my third year riding 100km through the night  from Windsor to Buckingham Palace and back. It's a great cause. Thank you for taking the time time to read this, I really hate asking for sponsorship money.
