When I was pregnant, I saw a little boy in a wheelchair outside the Bristol Children’s Hospital. I decided then that I wanted to do something to help. 

On 17th August I gave birth to a baby boy who we named Max. I feel so grateful to have my boy and that he is healthy. This made me more determined to raise some cash for sick children and their families.

I have never taken part in a race before, so this will be a good challenge for me. It should also help me get back into shape after being pregnant.
