Thank you for visiting my ‘Just Giving’ site, as you will see from the images on the left I am taking this training / associated fashion very seriously!!! Not sure it will catch on……..

You will no doubt be aware that I have been training to successfully complete the challenge of the Great North Swim. I have a 'fantastic' coach in Hull, whom works me 'hard', hence I have often taken in a considerable amount of the lake, leaving very little to swim in!!!

Whilst I remain navigationally challenged, I have clocked up a number of additional miles!! We can only hope that I will stay on course for the duration of the GNS and will not follow a ‘paddle streamer’ around the lake........

On a serious note this is a great opportunity to raise as much money as possible for a worthy charity ‘MedEquip4Kids’, a charity which helps children in and out of Hospital.
