Hello! It’s me again! 

I’ve run the Great South Run before, but this year I’m running for a refugee support charity in Afghanistan. I’m sure you’ve all seen the news recently; it would be good to do just a little something to help. 

In particular, I feel so sad about the plight of women and girls under Taliban rule. I hope that I can raise a bit of awareness by sharing this charity with you too:
