After all the running I have been doing in lockdown I have decided to challenge myself and have entered the Edinburgh Half Marathon for 2021. I am doing this to raise funds for Anthony Nolan. They help to find people willing to donate their blood stem cells or bone marrow to people who desperately need life saving transplants.

I signed up in 2015 to join the stem cell register and it was a simple and easy process.

We do this by matching incredible individuals willing to donate their stem cells to people who desperately need a lifesaving transplant. We also carry out cutting edge scientific research, fund specialist post-transplant nurses and support patients and their families through the transplant process and beyond.
