Ten years ago, cousins Josh and Amy agreed a seemingly-fanciful pact to run the London Marathon together one day. 

With possibly the worst timing conceivable, the fates (probably with Tony's help) conspired to make 2023 the year that was going to happen. 

The team at British Ukrainian Aid are doing brilliant things across Ukraine to deliver emergency medical and infrastructure equipment - from medical kits to ambulances to generators. Josh has first hand experience of their dedication, and Amy's cycled past their stand regularly and always gets a smile - so they deserve your money. 

As an added incentive, every quid makes it harder for either of us to drop out at the 18mile mark, and for that we will be truly grateful.
