I RAN THE LONDON MARATHON! It was a hot day, making for a gruelling run. But I managed to do it 4hrs 41. If you have only just got around to sponsoring me - you still can!

Refuge is a charity that supports women and children who experience domestic violence. Domestic violence affects an alarmingly high number of women - 1 in 4 women will experience domestic violence in their lifetime and on average 1 woman each week is killed by a current or former partner. I really couldn't be running for a better or more worthy cause. So please do give generously.
