No one ever expects to need Macmillan support. However, I am learning that cancer does not discriminate, and it can come out of nowhere when you are least expecting it. Over the past few years, many of my close family and friends have been fighting their own cancer battles. Through that time, they have been supported by Macmillan both emotionally and financially. Unfortunately, my Grandma and Father-in-Law have lost their battles, but I still have close family and friends fighting theirs.
