I’m taking part in the Great UHCW Charity Bake Off. The aim of the charity event is for people to donate how much they would pay for a slice of my cake. I know times are hard but anything you can donate will make a difference. UHCW is a hospital that makes me feel safe. It’s the hospital I gave birth to Mollie in, I received my cancer treatment in and the place I still go to for numerous check ups. I’d love to be able give something back for everything they’ve done for me.

THE CAKE: I made my daughter this birthday cake with a very precise request of half unicorn half Star Wars! It’s a Victoria Sponge with half pink vanilla buttercream and half chocolate buttercream.
