As many of my friends know bringing up children and raising a healthy, happy family is hard work at the best of times. When I started working at Demelza 4 years ago I realised just how fortunate I am. When a child is born with or develops a terminal condition, the emotional and physical impact affects the whole family and it can be overwhelming. 

I’ve seen first hand the amazing and priceless support that Demelza provides to each child, young person and family member they care for. I’ve seen how hard it is for families to provide the 24/7 care needed and the strains it puts on the whole family. I know how valuable the care Demelza provides is, and I also know that Demelza is almost entirely funded by the donations they receive from its supporters, like you and me. So please help me raise as much as possible to allow them to continue to provide their amazing care.
