I am proud to be taking on the incredible London Landmarks Skyscraper Challenge this September. The Skyscraper Challenge is the first event of its kind in the world and involves running up over 1,092 steps before abseiling over 200 meters down one of London's tallest skyscrapers. I am raising funds for Alzheimer's research, a cause very close to my heart. I will be running up the 42 floors of the cheese grater and abseiling down the outside!

Some of my close family members have battled dementia, and I've seen how tough it can be for them and their families. By supporting Alzheimer's research, we can make a real impact and show our appreciation for the amazing work they do for those affected and their loved ones.
